Mall deals this weekend!

I figured that I just might take a trip to the mall this weekend with all of these great coupons!

First, stop at Bath & Body Works and get a free lip item with any purchase. You can usually get nail files, etc. for $1 and under! Coupon here.

Next, swing by JC Penney and get $10 off a $25 purchase. I usually hit the clearance racks here and buy essentials like underwear, socks and pajamas for my kids. Coupon here.

Check out Victoria's Secret annual sale. They always have some great deals and if you are a VS cardholder, you more than likely have a $10 rewards card to use!

Martin & Osa recently sent their mail list subscribers a $10 coupon on any purchase (no minimum). Sign up for their list and see if they are still sending them! This coupon is a unique bar code so I can't post it here.

Macy's also has a private sale going on. Use this coupon to get 25% off your men's clothing purchase.

2 free Texas Rangers tickets!

OK - this does require about 15 minutes worth of effort but it's totally painless. Go here and submit 25 votes for the Texas Rangers to play in the 2009 All Star Game and they'll give you 2 tickets! The form auto saves your information so you don't have to type it in 25 times. :)

Bar S Coupon & Oscar Mayer deal

In last week's inserts, there were coupons for $1 off 2 Bar S products and $1 off 2 Oscar Mayer hot dogs. The Bar S hot dogs frequently go on sale for under $1 and, if you have a Super One Food, they are 98 cents right now so 96 cents for two packs after coupon! The $1 off 2 Oscar Mayer coupon is a great one to combine with the $1 off 2 Oscar Mayer Target coupon. I am not sure how much the hot dogs are at Target but I am hoping around 2 for $3 so they would be $1 for two packs. Between these two deals, I'll have my freezer stocked with hot dogs for the entire summer!

Here is a printable link for the Bar S coupon so you can get extra copies.

Free music download from Coldplay + $5 new Green Day

Coldplay is offering a free download of 9 of their live songs here. I love Coldplay and this sure beats paying $16 for a new album!

Also, Amazon is offering the new Green Day album for $5 as a daily special. If you have never downloaded music from Amazon, you'll be prompted to install some software but it is quick and painless.

Free shipping at Anthropologie.com

I am a HUGE fan of Anthropologie, but, in the years I've been shopping there, coupon codes have been far and few between. The best they can usually do is free shipping on a purchase of $200. Ick! However, through the end of the summer, they are offering free shipping to anyone who links their Anthro card number to their online account. Before you balk, please know that the Anthro card is not a credit card rather just a fancy way for them to get you signed up for their mailing lists. Sign up for an Anthro card
here and you'll receive your card number shortly. Follow the directions in the email to link your card and then when you sign on to Anthropologie.com, you'll automatically see the shipping discount in your card. I just ordered the Sluice Gate Blouse (on clearance) for $19.99 with free shipping! Yay!

$5 off 2 entrees at Chilis

I got this coupon in my email and used it at the Greenville location tonight with no issues. Several other blogs have posted about it so it should be nationwide. Click on the image to bring up a printable coupon.

B1G1 Snapple coupon

Become a fan of Snapple on Facebook and get a B1G1 coupon. I was able to print this twice from the link off of their Facebook page.

The most awesome coupons ever!!!

Sorry I haven't posted in awhile and thanks to everyone who continued to check the blog! I have been beyond busy trying to find a job with no luck yet.

OK - just about every deals blog on the face of the earth has posted about the Kraft coupons but I just can't help myself. They can be found here and at coupons.com and you must you create an account at Kraft to print them there. I would recommend visiting both sites because the print limit is 1 for each site so this way you can get 2 copies. I am planning a trip to Target this weekend to use the Target coupons found here to maximize my savings.

I have managed to get 4 copies of many of the Kraft coupons and plan on getting this stuff for free or close to free at Target using manufacturer and Target coupons together. Remember to hand your manufacturers coupons first and then the Target coupons if you are planning on getting overage for an item.

Kraft salad dressing (2 $1.50 manu & $1 off 2 TQ=free+overage!)
Kraft Mayo (2 $1 manu & $1 off 2 TQ)
Kraft Miracle Whip (2 $1 manu & $1 off 2 TQ) I have no clue what I am going to do with all of this mayo!)
Wheat Thins (2 $1 manu & $1 off 2 TQ)
Triscuits (2 $1 manu & $1 off 2 TQ)
Ritz Bits ($1 manu & $1 TQ=free)
Ritz Crackers ($1 manu & $1 TQ)
Crystal Light (2 $1 manu & $1 off 2 TQ)
Kraft Barbecue sauce ($1 manu=free)
Kraft shredded cheese ($1 off 2 manu & $1 off 2 TQ)

Walgreens reset means more clearance!!

Like I mentioned before, not all Walgreens reset at the same time but check your store because there is a good chance you might find some of this stuff. Yesterday I found:

Sally Hershberger hair products - $2.39-$3.19 (regular $8.99) and still spitting out this week's $3 Register Reward = Free or MM after RRs

GE Energy Smart ceiling fan light bulbs - $1.79 (regular $6.99), use $1 coupon = 79 cents

Sharpie markers, 8 pack - $1.04

KY Intrique - $5.19 - $5 coupon = 19 cents

I primarily went to get the Aveeno travel kits that are free after purchase of 3 Aveeno items this week. The kits are really nice and will make great gifts for Teacher Appreciation Week.

I got:
3 small (not travel size) Aveeno lotions = $7.17
1 Aveeno travel kit = $7.99
-$7.99 kit (register auto deducts it)
-$2 Aveeno coupon from inside kit
-$2 Aveeno printable
-$2 Aveeno printable
-$1 Aveeno newspaper
= .17 plus tax oop!

Someone clean the mess my heart made on the floor....

when I saw the new Janie & Jack line in my email this morning. I mean, just look at this swimsuit! Riley would look so cute in it! Heck, I would wear it if I were cute enough. I wish J&J's stuff wasn't so expensive. The suit is $30 and I can't exactly justify spending that after finding two really adorable, like-new suits for her at Goodwill ($1 a piece mind you!). Janie & Jack

My CVS Shopping List Week 5/3

I am so excited about this next week at CVS because I am a Coke Zero addict. I probably drink about a half-pack a day and my insides are probably syrupy and fizzy after years of abuse. :-) Anyway, I love it when I can get stuff for free at CVS other than toothpaste and shampoo!

First things first - remember to scan your card at the coupon center when you go into the store. I know some of you guys don't have a card scanner and I am deeply sorry for that because these nifty machines spit out valuable coupons. For the past few months, I've received $5 off $25 coupons each and every time I scanned my card. The last two times I shopped I didn't get one. This has been a topic of worry for my friend Jamie and I. It is harder to put together deals at CVS without them but still perfectly possible.

Here is a copy of the ad. Remember it is not effective until Sunday, May 3.

I think these are the best ECB deals for the week and the coupons you can use with them:

$10 ECB WYB $20 any Coke or Mars Products Limit 1

Buy 5 packs of Coke
Use 5 $1 Coke coupons (get these at mycokerewards.com after entering codes from flaps)
Get 5 packs for $5 after ECBs

$2 ECB WYB Colgate Max Fresh or Max White $2.99 Limit 2
Use $1 Colgate Max Fresh coupons
Free after ECBs

$3 ECB WYB Adidas Action3 2.8 oz Deodorant $3.99 Limit 3
Use $1 Adidas coupon
Free after ECBs

$5 ECB WYB Kelloggs Cereals 3/$10 Limit 1
Use 3 $1 coupons from the newspaper or use the printables I mentioned yesterday.
Get 3 boxes for $2 after ECBs

I am going into this week with $26 in extra care bucks. Here is my game plan:

Transaction #1
5 12-packs of Coke - $20
1 canister of Lumene face cream - $2.99
2 tubes of Colgate - $5.98
2 Adidas deodorants - $7.98
Subtotal: $36.95
-5 $1 Coke Reward coupons
-$5 Lumene coupon (I got this from the coupon center and the cashier usually allows the overage)
-2 $1 Colgate coupons
-2 $1 Adidas coupons
= $22.95 - pay with $23 ECB and get $20 in ECBs back

Transaction #2
3 boxes Kelloggs cereal $10
Subtotal: $10
-3 $1 coupons
=$7 - use $6 ECBs from Adidas, $1 out of pocket, get $5 in ECBs

For all of that stuff, I spent $1 out of pocket and still have $22 in ECBs!

I generally don't like to come away with fewer ECBs than I walked into the store with but I'll make exceptions for Coke, lol! :-)

If you are just starting out, I would break up your transactions and do the toothpaste and deodorant deals first, then the cereal, and then the Coke. That way, you'll spend less out of pocket starting out.

I heart this Orla bag!

I checked my email yesterday and read that Oliebollen (an awesome kids clothing and toy site) is giving 20 percent off its Orla Kiely items with code ORLA. Last time they did this everything was full price to start with and all of the bags were still $140+ after the discount. However I noticed this sweet bag on clearance for $129! With the code it is only $103. A great price for an Orla bag! Oh how I long for it...someone better go buy it before I do. Maybe then I'll get lucky and it'll be the only one in stock. By the way, Orla just launched an exclusive line of home goods for Target and I noticed the other day that some of it was being clearanced out. So, if we can't have $100 bags then $6 coffee mugs will have to suffice.
